Goal Cards

Your Goal Card - I carry a Goal Card, I always have one. I keep it in a plastic sleeve. When you write your goal, you create a picture in your mind, it's like painting a picture in words. That picture is impregnated into cells in your brain.

When you touch it, your sensory factor touch is affected, it sends a light message through your central nervous system, and activates those cells in your brain so the picture of you goal flashes on the screen of your mind. I would highly suggest you write out your Goal Card and start carrying your Card with you daily.
